Ingredienti:
1 kg di gamberetti freschi sgusciati
6/7 carciofi puliti e lessati con aceto e limone
prezzemolo q.b.
olio d'oliva
il succo di 1 limone
sale e pepe
Procedimento molto semplice e veloce..pochi ingredienti freschi
e Vi assicuro una buona mangiata!!
